Assembly takes one to two days with a light crane: the base ring and lower frame are set, the shell panels are fitted ring by ring from the bottom up, and the crown and bunny companions are placed last. The shell panels clip onto the frame with weatherproof fasteners and are tensioned so the surface stays smooth. Electrical connection is a single IP65 base feed with fused loops for the egg and bunnies, an earth-leakage breaker and a dusk sensor. Weekly checks cover the shell-panel fixings, the bunny mounts and the anchor bolts; the fabric is cleaned with a soft brush. The shell panels are handled carefully during cleaning, and a spare panel kit is supplied. At season's end the shell panels are removed ring by ring and stored flat, and the frame rings are crated for reuse in the next spring season.
