Site Preparation
For lakeside or pool installation, confirm the water-edge structure can support the base weight and that electrical feeds use waterproof conduit and residual current protection. For dry installation, use a level firm pad with good drainage. Reserve a display corridor of at least 15 metres with clear overhead space, and keep the terminal box elevated above any potential water contact.
Installation
The water dragon ships as wave-base sections and body modules. Assemble the wave base first, then erect the dragon body from tail to head, joining sections and connecting LED harnesses through weatherproof connectors. If integrating a real pool, coordinate the hydraulic and electrical works with site engineers. After assembly, test all lighting programmes, verify seals, and inspect the reflection effect from the main viewing position.
Maintenance
Water-side installations need extra care: inspect underwater seals and cable glands monthly, clear debris from the wave base, and confirm the residual current device trips correctly on test. Clean the azure panels with soft brushes and replace LED modules from the spare kit as needed. Drain pool systems before winter and store panels under cover to protect the aquatic colour palette.
